The alternative is a word processor template, a printer dialog you don't trust, and an envelope that comes out 94% of the size it should be — because "Fit to Page" was checked and nothing told you.

This app's whole job is that last part. The page it builds is exactly 9.5 × 4.125 inches. It is never scaled, never padded, never "adjusted to fit." Before you print, it tells you plainly which setting to pick and which one ruins it.

How it goes

Four steps, about a minute.

1. Type the addresses. Name, company or ATTN line, street, suite, city/state/ZIP. Your own return address is saved, so you type it once, ever.
2. Drag them where you want. The preview is the envelope, to scale. What you see is what lands on the paper — there's no second layout hiding behind it.
3. Add postage if you have it. Import a stamp image from your gallery. It keeps its exact proportions when you resize, so a barcode can't get stretched out of tolerance.
4. Print or save. Straight to any printer your phone can see on Wi-Fi, or export a PDF and print it later.

The details that matter

Made for one job, done properly.

• True size, verified. The page is 684 × 297 points — 9.5 × 4.125 inches at 72 points per inch. That's checked automatically on every build, not just hoped for.
• Honest print instructions. Actual Size / 100%. Never "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit." The app says it out loud before every print, because that one setting is what wastes the envelope.
• Postage stays scannable. Aspect ratio locks when you resize, and you get warned if the image is too low-resolution or dragged too small to scan reliably.
• Nothing leaves your phone. The PDF is built on the device and handed straight to Android's printing. There's no upload, no account, and no analytics.
• Print a test first. The app recommends it and so do I — one sheet of plain paper held against a real envelope tells you everything about your printer's tray.
