Tell me what you'd want it to do.

I build custom apps for businesses and actually get them shipped to the App Store and Google Play — not just handed to you as a folder of code and good luck.

This form is how I figure out whether I'm the right fit. Straight answers beat polished ones.

About 3 minutes
Who you are
Need a name to call you.
What's the business called?
Plain language. "Mobile detailing," "wedding photography," "HVAC repair."
One line is fine.
Need a working email to reply to.
I'm in Las Vegas. Remote is fine, but local means I can show up in person.
Where are you based?
The problem
The spreadsheet, the group text, the whiteboard, the pile of paper forms. This is the most important answer on the form — be specific and be honest about how bad it is.
This one I really do need.
Top three things. Don't worry about whether it's possible — that's my job.
Give me at least one.
Including "we don't, it just falls through the cracks." That's a real answer.
Shape of it
Pick the closest one.
Pick one.
Private distribution to your own staff works differently than a public store listing — and costs differently. Worth deciding early.
Pick one.
Square, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Jobber, a POS, whatever. Matters a lot if the app needs to talk to it.
Money and time
Why I ask this up front: so neither of us spends an hour on a call to find out we were never in the same ballpark. There's no wrong answer here — a smaller budget just means a smaller first version, and that's often the smart way to start.
Pick a range, even a rough one.
Store review adds one to two weeks on top of whatever we build, every time.
Pick one.
Apps aren't finished when they ship — phones update, stores change rules. This is the cost most people forget.
Pick one.
Anything else
Apps you like the feel of, something you tried before that didn't work out, a hard constraint.

I read every one of these myself and reply within two business days.

Got it.

Thanks — that's genuinely useful detail. I'll read it properly and get back to you within two business days.

If it turns out I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll tell you that straight rather than sell you something.
